NOTES

• The retaining valve or foot valve must always be used whenever the group is operating and loaded or lifting up water.
• Groups must be protected using our level switch “hasa 85” to prevent it from working in dry.
• The pump must be primed before connecting the group.
• Hasabox® internal pressure must be regularly checked. The pressure must always be 0.2 kg/cm2 lower than the group start pressure. Most of the membrane breakages are produced by incorrect air pressure in the accumulator.
• Presostate is factory-regulated from 1.4kg/cm2 to 2.8 kg/cm2. If you vary this regulation, you will have to vary the air pressure in the accumulator.
• Long spring screw: start and stop pressure is increased when you screw it.
• Short spring screw: start and stop pressure difference is increased when you screw it.
• Check that the supply voltage is 220v. A wrong connection can cause electric motor failure.
• All Hasabox® capacities are made of renewable membranes
• These groups are provided totally assembled and electrically factory-checked.
• These groups are provided without electrical protection panel.
