EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS

• Main electrically-operated pump standard DIN 24255
• Electropump group Jockey, multicellular vertical assembled on common bedframe with the main pump.
• A diesel-operated standby pump with similar characteristics as the main one. (optional)
• Membrane accumulator with the right capacity for the jockey pump, standardized at a higher pressure than the circuit maximal pressure.
• Butterfly check-valves of low load-loss, diffuser cones, conductive escape safety valves.
• Largely dimensioned impulse collector and optional test collector with shunt, crossovers, valve and flowmetre.
• Presostates, manometers and accessories.
• Control electric panel according to standard UNE-23.500.90 or CEPREVEN
• We provide all equipments totally assembled and electrically checked.

MAIN PUMP
•  It must be able to impulse at least 140% of the nominal flow at a pressure not lower than 70% of the nominal pressure. The minimal motor power must be higher than the maximal power consumed by the pump in its entire curve.

JOCKEY PUMP
•  Used to pressurize the fire web, automatically restoring the leakage the system may have, always controlled by a presostate regulated at a higher pressure then the main pump.

DIESEL MOTOR
•  They must be designed for the stationary working and the nominal power determination must be standardized according to DIN 6270 (curve A)
