Pressure regulators

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The main difference of the pressure regulator compared to the traditional air hydraulic accumulator is that the pressure regulator keeps the pump connection if there is current intake, which guarantees a constant pressure according to the flow requested, whereas, with the traditional system, pressure constantly varies according to the amount of water stored in the hydropneumatic deposit.

PRESSURE REGULATOR ADVANTAGES

  • constant pressure ( according to the flow requested)
  • replaces: hasabox®, presostate, 5-way coupler and level switch
  • pump protection systems when lack of water input
  • air mattress not used
  • switch for manual operating
  • built-in retaining valve
  • small-sized group
  • Total silent-operating
  • No regulation or maintenance needed

*Very important: the retention valve must be used in pump lifting. It is also recommended to install an impulse stop valve. If the water level is higher than 15m between the pump and the water supply, the regulator can not be directly assembled on the pump but on the pipe.
